We support each person’s recovery by offering a full range of community-oriented services that highlight personal strengths, abilities and individual priorities. Learning to understand one’s condition, developing helpful coping skills, and connecting with the right resources encourages participants to manage their own health and well-being.
The Exeter site provides services to adults over 16 years of age who have been formally diagnosed with a serious mental illness and who reside within the specific communities/geographic areas served: Exeter and surrounding southern Huron County including Zurich, Hensall northern Grand Bend, and St. Joseph. Programs and services include Phase 2 housing, Permanent Housing, Case Management Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Services and Community Integration.
The Goderich site specializes in providing Phase 2 Housing supports to individual living in the town of Goderich and surrounding area. This branch also links individuals to community resources and other service providers.
