Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance Mental Health Services

The Mental Health Professionals of Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance  believe in providing client-centered, quality mental health care.

We provide services to individuals with mental illness, individuals in acute mental health distress, family members and the community.  We are a multidisciplinary team comprised of Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Registered Dietician, Peer Support Specialist, Vocational Specialist, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialists and Therapeutic Recreation Therapist.
 
Outpatient Services
Individual and group therapy services are offered in our offices in Listowel, Seaforth and Stratford.
In home treatment is available for those individuals unable to participate in office based services.
Outpatient services are supported by Psychiatrists and consultation is available to individuals registered within our programs.
Individual and group outpatient services are available for individuals 16 years and older.
Outpatient services for individuals under 16 years of age are available through our First Episode Psychosis Program, Eating Disorders Program and the Huron Perth Helpline and Crisis Response Team.
 
Inpatient Services
Stratford General Hospital is a Schedule 1 facility with 15 adult (age 16 years and older)  psychiatric beds. The unit is supported by a multidisciplinary team consisting of Psychiatrists, Physicians, Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation and Pastoral Care.
